TEMPLE FOUNDATIONS series is an attempt to guide people gently and slowly into the field of conscious and/or sacred sexuality. In six evenings we lay the corner stones upon which the participants can build a new approach to sensuality and close relationships. The new skills can be practiced in partenrships, romantic and sexual relationships, in relationship to oneself, in further work in the field of sexuality and tantra, and in life in general.

We practice consent from different perspectives and we talk about the shadows of non-consent. We explore boundaries: yeses - nos - maybes, and different ways of communicating them. We get to know our fears and desires regarding our body and other people, and we learn how to talk about them. And to all this we bring presence. Only from there we slowly move into different qualities of touch and into the unknown and unpredictable field of the present moment in ourselves and in the group. There is no requirement of touch, nudity, and/or sexual contact with others. Yet, there is a huge field of permission to explore your own desires and fantasies within consent, boundaries, and shared agreements.

Série workshopů TEMPLE FOUNDATIONS uvádí účastnice a účastníky jemně a pomalu do vědomého přístupu k intimitě. V šesti večerních blocích pokládáme základní kameny nového přístupu ke smyslnosti a vztahům. Nové dovednosti lze použít v nejbližších vztazích, milostném kontaktu, ve vztahu k sobě samé/mu, při další práci v oblasti sexuality a tantry, i v životě obecně.

Procvičujeme souhlas (konsent) z různých perspektiv a hovoříme o stínech ne-souhlasu. Zkoumáme hranice: ano - ne - možná a různé způsoby jejich sdělování. Poznáváme své strachy a touhy týkající se našeho těla a druhých lidí a učíme se o nich mluvit. Poté přidáváme přítomnost. Teprve odtud se pomalu přesouváme k různým kvalitám doteků a do neznámého a nepředvídatelného pole přítomného okamžiku v sobě i ve skupině. Během semináře nevyžadujeme po nikom nahotu ani sexuální kontakt s ostatními. Přesto je zde obrovské pole možností prozkoumávat vlastní touhy a fantazie v rámci souhlasu, hranic a společných dohod.
